I don't think so, but they do see something was submitted and when.

I have no clue for CIC, but your MP should be able to help you very fast, that's part of his job. The MP will be able to call directly your local CIC office and get back to you quickly with an answer. I really wish you to get news soon, that would help you relax.

It will also help me relax!

If you haven't gone to MP, walk into their office tomorrow, with no call. Bring passport, etc and explain your rep messed up.

You can also call CIC at the toll number. Make sure they know you want an appointment. Why is your rep not doing anything here???

Best is to redo it, it expires after 1 year. Therefore if they asked you, do it.

Granted Trudeau may not be perfect, and frankly, Stephen Harper was far worse...

But any day and thrice on weekends I would take either of them over Trumplestillskin.

I would take a hybrid of Trudeau (immigration, foreign policies,...) and Harper (finance control) though... but yes, I'll take any of these two for the next 3-4 decades over a year of Trump...

Hello! I have a question for people who got the faulty 'We need a document from you' on MyCIC. Did it go away on its own, or do we need to report a technical error or is it still there?

This happened to me today. Needless to say that there were no emails or messages of any kind. What's curious is that CIC has removed the error message (visible at login) they had regarding this issue. I tried calling CIC thrice today but no luck. Wonder what's going on. So confused.

Harper "lost" $3bln. Trudeau is almost obnoxiously social But I agree in either of the 3 (Trudeau, Harper, Hybrid)....
