Thanks for your reply ! Ok so can u give me an idea that how much time will it take for DM

have you had SA or AIP yet? some applicants got DM around the 1-year mark of their applications or you can go through this thread to have an idea of other apps.

it depends on a lot of factors like whether you had medicals passed or cic needs additional docs from you.

Hello everyone!!
I have been reading this thread for quite a while now, but didn't have anything to update since I didn't receive anything from CIC after getting a PCC request. But yesterday I got a medical request. I did complete all the tests on the same day as well. I am the PA and my wife is sponsoring me.
Here is the timeline:
File received: 27 April 2016
AOR: 29 June 2016
PCC Request: 10 August 2016
Submitted PCC & Additional Relationship proofs: Mid September
Medical Request: 1 June 2017
Medical Done: 1 June 2017
And I am applying from Edmonton.

I had some questions now that I wanted to ask from experienced people, here:
1. How long does it usually take to receive medical tests by CIC, and after that how long to get passed? "I did my medical test where eMedical was available so they will be sending all that on my behalf"
2. I haven't got SA and AIP yet, Should I expect them soon?
3. Do I still have chances to be the lucky winner of a relationship interview?
4. Any guess that, How long more left till a DM? Thank You so much

1. it depends on the emed because some show passed as early as 3 days.
2. i would say yes. are you excited?
3. better not hope for an interview! it will delay you
4. dm usually comes together with SA and AIP from what i've read. you're almost there!

Definitely I am excited. At least there is a bit movement.

But the doctor that I went to, he was telling me that it takes about 6-7 working days to him to send the results. So does CIC receive it instantly?

I am not hoping for interview at all. That's why I was asking that if I am out danger zone already or am I still standing behind the red line? And I don't want any delays that's why I did my medical asap.

Oh really? I thought first you see SA then AIP and then DM? But yah even I have noticed lately some are DM even without receiving any SA or AIP.

hello all
my application received May5 2017 , and i did not received AOR yet, and some people sent on may 8 but received AOR, that means that my application has been sent back to me????

remember the law of attraction my friend! visualize good things to happen to you. from what i know, as long as they have already requested it, they are quick to find it. some say they check it on the deadline they gave you but i don't think that's the case for requested medicals. i had my medicals on may 11 and my dmp said it was passed on may 17 but it does not reflect on mycic yet because i did it upfront.

yes sa and aip first for most but i only said they usually go together because most apps reflect dm just hours or a few days after sa or aip. some just receive dm instantly.

other forumers who know a lot more than me will correct me if i'm wrong. we have a lot of good people here.

Hi Tacboy, congrats. Did you submit just FBI BG check or did you have police certificates from 2 countries? I asked the question because I was trying to find out if the delay on your application is because of that. I also have FBI BG check submitted along with another country. BTW, I am guessing they never asked you to re-submit FBI check

Thanks
Sam

Hi,

Can anyone please confirm what will be the correct address to mail the Proof of relationship and cohabitation documents as the letter from CPC Mississauga requesting the proofs , states to send it via CSE only and on google there are multiple addresses for CPC Mississauga.

That was the case for us. SA and AIP on the same day, few minutes apart and DM the next day.

Send it with. In your covering letter, explain that you've dropped your rep and that's why there is a new use a representative form.

I would also send CSE to state you had too many materials to send via CSE, so you've sent it via courier (and give the tracking number).

Is that true? I have my representative also but i just don't want to drop her coz i thought it will makes us more advantage to have lawyer while our application on process.. thanks

It's been a week since the cic updated my file (gckey mycic) that i've already passed the medical, still no SA, AIP or DM in my application.

It'll be soon
