Why did they process your BG check without one of the forms required to do so???

And no, my wife was never asked to resubmit. They pushed us through so I would stop sending more and more proof I bet..

ya I dont know they just never asked, i just heard from agent in call centre today. But she didn't say i have to do that or something. just said not showing up along with other three things which will be showing. she didnt seem to know what the form is either.

No schedule a request for or medical request but musthe be mistake

I honestly cannot suggest anything else. The call Centre is known for untruths. Your lawyer has your myCIC locked, all you can use is them or ECAS.
