So, we went there on a sunday, perhaps even 2 days ago. A day like any other sunday... I remember it like it was...2 days ago..

We walk into the photo studio, and wait....and wait... and see people come in and go out, while we wait... and wait... Did I say, we waited? Ya so these people were in boob dresses and suits. Then I overheard the photographer, "Oh, these people are not buying today, they will come back to buy..."

I'm all like... TF did I just hear??? We have money-in-hand ready to go, and you are taking portraits of (currently) non-paying customers?? !!!!!!!!

Anyway, she takes wifey's photo -- which she hates btw -- and then demands $26.

Well then I must give props to WalMart for the standardized bullsh!t SERVICE STANDARD ! ;D

We went to the Boardwalk location.....

It was exactly as you described...we waited and waited and waited and waited....at the time we were the only customers there waiting....so then she rolls in casually from break and proceeds to tell us we need to wait some more because she has a booked portrait session....mind you taking passport photos takes less than 3 minutes so in my head I think she could have gotten us out the door before going to the 30 minute session began..but efficiency is not everyone's forte.

Yes I do believe Carol did hers in Etobicoke last week which went fine.

Profiler/Carol.. Why do you still have to print pictures again? Didn't you send any with the application? I did. I thought that was for the PR photo card

I think our Henry's is closed.. Anyway, it's done now... the bleeding has stopped.

CIC might just go gang-busters at 6... you watch. For us, it changed, and with the exception of the DM letter (perhaps it was all about performance metrics? It came on May 1?), we got an email that evening...

I could have gone back to the Student convenience store on Phillips St and get it done for 12 bucks like we did when we submitted the application....but nooooooo.....Voodoo man said Wally World shouldn't be much of a difference...
