our rep used forward us email and what they request plus sa letter and landing letter

I understand that. GuyanaGirl might not have been aware of the new process that came with the new application kit.

You're supposed to supply them when they ask for them. Unless there is a new new package that came out sometime between December 15 2016 and March 2017???

They will wait, they will also eventually send a note warning that there has been no communication, and suggest you (your lawyer) has 30 days to correct it and submit the documents they want or they will cancel the application. This is called a procedural fairness letter.

See, why would they waste resources to chase people who may be are no longer interested in a Canadian PR? How do they know that's not you?

You should get on your lawyer about fixing it -- it's their liability here...

ok did you get an owp as yet

ok how many years that's good

I will answer it another way: absolutely no guarantee at all. They generally do. But they can certainly choose not to, as the applicant (by way of their representative) is non-compliant.

you see on your aor do you have uči number

profiler is right you guys look out for yourselves

your wife can link it up on cic ecase that what you can do

Well, if you are ordered to supply a document within 60 days, and you don't, within maybe 30 or 60 more days CIC will send you a Procedural Fairness letter, explaining that it's your responsibility to prove the merits, and you refused. If you do not respond to the letter, they will terminate the case and you will have to reapply. That's a pretty severe consequence.

As many of the previous version of the application were only sometimes linked to, they may not wait at all.

Typically they will put a line into eCAS that states they sent you correspondence. And there definitely is an option. Remind the lawyer that it's his liability on the line.

if you have not or do not link your application to mycic don't have a cow. they will send any communication via the email that you gave them on your application. i didn't even link my application until i received medical request. prior to that they sent our sa and aip and all request via our email.

New application package requires it now. And the lawyer not using it is not good.
