Spousal Sponsorship in-land Applications 2016 timeline and updates

Hi everyone ,

I logged in to CIC site an hour ago and it showed both Sponsor
and PA sides with the decision made status, we have already
got SA and AIP on March 10th and March 13th,

My lawyer just forwarded a letter to me 20 minutes ago ,
I believe it is a DM letter for landing, can anyone kindly
to confirm ? thank you.

This refers to the Application for Permanent Residence you made under the Spouse or Common-Law Partner in Canada Class.

We are pleased to advise you that processing of your application has been completed. The Canada Immigration Centre in Ottawa IRCC will contact you to arrange an appointment for the finalization of your permanent resident application.

IMPORTANT: You and your family members, if any, will be required to present original identification document(s) to the Canada Immigration Centre at your appointment. A final decision concerning the granting of permanent residence status will be made at that time. If permanent residence is granted, the name that will appear on the confirmation of permanent

resident document is your name as it appears on your passport or identity documents.

I just got my work permit approved in MyCIC today. CIC Mississauga received my app on December 16th 2016.

Hope you'll get yours soon too, seeing that I applied a month after you.

Same here..Did you receive any email or something? Also, when do we expect the real thing in the mail?

No email on my side and I don't think we'll get one. From what I read here and saw in the spreadsheet you'll have it in the mail in 3-10 days. I guess it depends on where you live.

My Spouse visa file return because?

Anyone can help me out? Please!

I just got my file back because Marriage Certificate was missing.
I have submitted photocopy of my marriage certificate including Nikkha form and i have no idea why did they return my file.

Why would i submit my spouse visa application without proof of my wedding, I have no idea why they coul not read or understand my Nikkha form or Marriage Certificate.

These both forms were filled in English.

They asked me to resubmit my forms again after completing the missing form which were not missing

What should i do? Resubmit my form again with explaining cover letter that Marriage certificates are included in the file.
