Thanks, everyone. It's only SA though . Even there, I still don't have the actual latter yet -- ecas was updated. Last night we checked myCIC, and there was nothing.

My projection was April 22, and the missus says May 15. Given that we are seeing some movement, I bet it's April 22 (Kitchener is where she will land, and they have nap chairs for staff there, I bet).

Browning should be up next, no?

Sounds like there was a couple errors.......................yeah we made a couple, seem like we were drinking more that water while we did these, but only those 2 concerns

Q1. From the top of IMM5406E:
"The principal applicant, their spouse of common-law partner (if applicable), and all dependent children 18 years of age or older must complete their own copy of this form."

Q2. If you or your partner have dependents 18-22, they have to complete it.

2 above there are 3 outside of canada ages 24-27 yrs, you are suggesting i dont have to complete forms for them?


1 above the only dependent are those living here in canada ages 17 and 19,
are you saying i have to complete IMM 5406 for each?

Does anyone have a sense of what the usual timeline is for OWPs to be printed? I'm being told mine has been set to Draft/Generate in their system for 2 weeks now. I wondered if this is normal or someone has forgotten to hit print along the way!

Thanks. It's only SA though (assuming it's positive) . And, yeah, more than water here too...

The 19 yo dependent needs to fill out an IMM5406 (if the 17yo is close to 18, have them do it too). Also, if the mother tongue of the PA is not english (or doesn't use latin characters), then a 5406 in the character set of the mother tongue is required too.

now i went over these papers before i sent them off, and what i am seeing and understanding now , i clearly did not see earlier, and to make matters worst i am hoping to kick this "butterfly in a bottle " feeling, so to have returns
was not something i was anticipating.
now i have a clearer perspective am going to sit here and get them done

Not from my understanding, they are dependents. We only did the spousal application, as the only dependent was born Canadian. But having the family history makes sense for them (in case they were adopted, etc). They should be included as dependents on the PA's application, and counted as part of the sponsorship application.
