I am currently working in Quebec, Canada on applied open work permit status after my masters. I have recently got married and want to apply for spousal open work permit for my partner.
Can I apply spousal open work permit for my partner with myself currently being on applied status? Or I will need to wait for my application to be processed before I start my partners application.
Please share some insight if someone have any idea.
