Hey i am the principal applicant so i was suppose to attend interview offline. And as my husband is already in Canada they called him.

Question was all about
- My wedding ceremonies
- Some of the family related question
- Some questions are related to personal information about spouse where he is working and since how long you know each other , his birthdate , his address etc

Yes i received Pre-arrival letter.
All the wedding rituals were performed and still they asked for interview ? Just because people were less ? However your PPR is on the way. Congratulations in advance . Would you be able to share your timeline till now.

Your husband was asked to attend in person ? There was no option for virtual ? Sorry didn’t get you about detailed question, would yo be able to provide some examples ? Also you received pre arrival?

The person has clearly mentioned that husband was called --- PHONE CALLED --- by CiC after her interview in India.

My wife did the interview today.
There were 2 officers. One lady that wrote everything down. Another lady that was checking a paper, while my wife was answering the questions.
At the end of interview, my wife asked them about the next steps, to which they replied:

We have all information we need now and we will send it for further review. If we need additional information and/or documentation, we will ask you.|
My wife then asked how long it would take to have a final answer and they said they were not able to answer this question.

Based on your experiences, isn't it normal to give the approval right after the interview?
We were a little frustrated, I admit.

If answer does not come right after, how long does it normally take?

Thanks a lot everybody.
Hi Marcos,

My spouse had interview 12 days ago, and interview was smooth.
Like you, my spouse was not told outcome. but it seems it went ok as officers mentioned no doubts nor concerns.

We are also a little frustrated, in all honesty.

Thank you for sharing your exprience.
