I born and raised in Canada.
I stayed in Pakistan for 3 months when I got married.
Nobody asked me for Polio certificate when I left Karachi, Pakistan.
I am intending to go again to Pakistan to stay with my pregnant wife and insha'allah leave with her and the newborn baby to Canada if we are able to get the visa in 8 months from now.

Anyone including foreigners who stay more than 4 weeks in pk are requrired to get the Polio Certificate, and when u got married, the rule of polio certificates has not been implied as much as now.

Sponsor approval was at the very beginning. But the RE-MED request was OCT 27,2014 and after a week. status was changed into IN PROCESS. Then i got a letter from CIC asked for RPRF. I paid in beginning of JAN 2015 and then status changed into DM on FEB 3, 2015. Btw what is your timeline?

I need some help, my PP was sent to CHC ISLAMABAD 5 weeks ago for visa issuance as they emailed that my file had reached the final stage. It's a spouse case and my husband is a Canadian Citizen. Now my passport isn't back and my medical has expired. I am 3 months Pregnant how can this affect my case in anyway.

HEC Attestation Process for Walk-In (Personal/Authorized) [size=16pt]In Karachi[/size]

1. Complete online application on HEC website and fill each degree you have and fill accordingly.

a. Select ‘Authorized Person' option (if you are sending someone else on your behalf – blood relation is not requirement however, authority letter signed by 17 Grade officer is mandatory + CNIC copies of both applicant and authorized person)
b. Select any available date/time slot as it doesn't matter for walk-in applicants but it's mandatory to select for application submission.
2. Reach to HEC office by 6:30 AM. I reached at 7:30 AM and got 26 Token Number. They won't give more than 50 tokens per day.
3. Write your name in the register, available in HEC.
4. At 8:30 AM, they will start calling names in sequence and will award the tokens. Again, 50 is limit.
6. Go to verification window. They will verify if you have all pre-requisites.
7. If verification gives you confirmation then submit the bank challan (which is present in form that you filled on step 1) , same window
8. Now, go to attestation window and submit your application + original documents + photocopies for attestation (if any)+ photocopies for HEC record purpose.
9. They will give you receiving receipt and will ask to comeback after 7 days
10. Go back to HEC at 3:00 PM on the given day and collect your documents [Original attested + Photocopies attested].
after you come home:
11. Make sure following (login in to your account on HEC website):
a. Every original/photocopy document has stamp # which is same as it's on the website
b. Every original/photocopy document attestation status on website is shown as ‘Done/Completed/attested'.

Foreign Affairs Attestation

** Foreign Affairs do not verify the degrees, they only attest the documents verified and attested by HEC (Graduate Degree) and IBCC (S.S.C and H.S.C degree)
