My file transferred to London Visa Office on 26 Sep 2014.... How much time more required ??????? any body have any idea?????? Thanks

It will take some time, mine was transfered to London Visa office in Jan 2014, I received rere_medical request in feb 2015, medical done and the case is still in process.

Keep praying and best of luck, I have seen some cases being done earlier as well so keep hopes high but expectations to minimum

I am happy that you made it finally, you can expect anything from cic...all I can say just forget about cic and enjoy the life.... it has been two weeks and waiting for passport to come back lets see....

I want to share what happened with me due to poor services of CIC with regards to closing an application on time and informing the applicant. As my issued visa kept sitting with them for 3 months and I received it 1 day before its expiry.

My timeline is
Case submitted: Mar 2014
Transfered to LVO: Apr 2014
Inprocess and Decision Made: Nov 26 2014
PPR: Jan 8th 2015
Passport received back: 27th Feb 2015 at 8.00 pm

Visa Issue Date: November 26th 2014
Expiry date of Visa: Mar 1st 2015.

Entered Canada as an immigrant: 1st Mar 2015

I am glad that my case was processed within 8 months, but the torture of entering Canada on time and planing my flight within 3 hours of receiving the passport was awful.

It looked like CIC Had no plans of returning it for another few months until our MP pushed them. I just want you all to be extra careful with delays and their poor services.Thanks.

My ecas status shows decision made on 6 Jan 2015. remed was done 29 December 2014. and i still didn't hear for passport request. been over 2 months of decision made. i don't know what to do

I did not email them yet, cox i thought may be they are late into asking me for passport. But now that i see other people getting them, i am worried.

Application started process: November 6 2014

Request for re-medical( missed the first email which was November 7 2014: February 9 2015

Medical Received: February 26 2015

Decision Made & PPR: March 4 2015

She sent in her passport to the VAC center today and Inshallah she will get back within one or two weeks and be with me by April 1 2015! I am finally waking up from my nightmare and having my paradise come to me finally!

I pray for everyone waiting to be with their loved ones!

Stated timeline is 29 months or more, don't remember the exact. But cases are being finalized in a year to one and half.

No comments/suggestions indicate that no one other than me is facing this problem OR we are not interested in their return OR may be no one has any any suggestion about this.
I wonder if some one has any suggestion in this regard. Wish you the best.

I sent few emails and couple of letters to LVO for return of the original education documents but no response. May I have the FAX No of LVO if any one of you have it. Kindly also suggest to what should be the next action on applicants' part to get back their original documents.
