Yes original PCC required for verification.... never send it thru gpo buddy they take atleast 4-6 weeks to deliver but eventually it will be delivered... no worries just write an email to lvo that you have sent it already with tracking number.... is there any chance that you can get another one?

I have already sent an email to lvo with tracking number
I always used gpo to send my documents with normal mail service that make delivery in 10 days but this time I used urgent mail service they said it will be there in 3 to 5 working days

Their urgent express mail system sucks!!! Never use gpo or canada post.
A friend of mine wanted her items shipped to canada.
they shipped it to the states instead. If it says canada. How did it manage to ship to another country lol.
I had a parcel come through it once and never again!!! My eid suit was in their from my husband. With matching jewellery. Not only did i have to buy a suit from canada. Cuz my parcel was late. But the parcel came to us all opened and clothes sticking out. Shuker hai Allah ka there was nothing missing.
just pray it gets to them quick. Dua se sb theek hojata hai!
For next time. Pay the extra charges and use a more reliable company like dhl and fedex.

so a frnd of mine applied in oct 2014, recevied sponsor approval on last week of jan 2015, file was trasnferd same time. then 2 weeks later recevied a req to send more pics bcz the requirement wasnt met the first time they sent pics along with the pics. is it normal? that they asked for pics so fast bcz of the wrong size.

Hi All,

I want to share what happened with me due to poor services of CIC with regards to closing an application on time and informing the applicant. As my issued visa kept sitting with them for 3 months and I received it 1 day before its expiry.

My timeline is
Case submitted: Mar 2014
Transfered to LVO: Apr 2014
Inprocess and Decision Made: Nov 26 2014
PPR: Jan 8th 2015
Passport received back: 27th Feb 2015 at 8.00 pm

Visa Issue Date: November 26th 2014
Expiry date of Visa: Mar 1st 2015.

Entered Canada as an immigrant: 1st Mar 2015

I am glad that my case was processed within 8 months, but the torture of entering Canada on time and planing my flight within 3 hours of receiving the passport was awful.

It looked like CIC Had no plans of returning it for another few months until our MP pushed them. I just want you all to be extra careful with delays and their poor services.Thanks.
