I don't think so your husband has to live in Pakistan to get NIC card. My bhabhi is British and her mom dad are Irish, but she got the card in a month when they visited Pakistan. call NADRA and find out but that's what I know from our personal experience.

okay, so as i can tell, you forgot to send translated nikahnama with your original nikah nama, and they haven't asked you to send it yet as your file status is not "in processing" so you can send it by post but i don't think the translated copy will make it to your file as there are thousands of files there, and i recommend that you scan the translated copy and send it Online through this link as an attached file:

dmp-portal . cic . gc . ca / enquiries-renseignements/case-cas-eng.aspx?mission=london (delete the spaces)
