I would recommend emails, skype & facebook screenshots, viber/whatsapp conversation logs, and if you are visiting then pictures + boarding pass/tickets + gift receipts. These would be the basics.

Does anyone know what the PPR process is from London if the spouse is already in Canada on a visit visa? Would it be possible to send the passport to London directly from here and have the PR visa stamped on it?


Any suggestion or advice would be greatly appreciated!

Wsalam.

Passports are never sent to London. They will be finalized in Islamabad. Even if your primary office is London, they will still send an email stating to send your passport to Islamabad. The applicant will have to go back to Pakistan and re-enter Canada with COPR crossed at the airport. (To prove landing).

My mp and immigration lawyer said that it takes 11 months from London. But not entirely sure on how accurate that information is.
