I am a Canadian citizen, who went to England on the invitation of my boyfriend(at the time). Officially on a visitors visa. We then preceded to make a home and a life together, never giving my visitor's visa a second thought. Then we got married, well that is what has gotten me in hot water. Long story short, I returned to Canada to file for leave to remain in England. Upon my return to England(before papers filed) I was refused visitors visa because she could not trust me to leave when visa is done. They gave me 3 days to be with my husband then shipped me back to Canada.
My question to this forum is: Will this impede my efforts to bring my husband to Canada so that we may be together?
