sponsorship decision made but no aor??

so a few days ago, i called cic and the agent i spoke to, checked on my file via the payment receipt number. he said theres a note for request for additional documents, which is the PCC and schd A. then he proceeded to give me a client id # and app. #, and gave me instructions on how my spouse (applicant) can link the application online so we can submit forms Asap after the request.

we still have not received an Aor, or anything. but today i checked on my ecas using the App. #, and it shows 'decision made' under my sponsor section. and my spouses PR request as 'file received'.

what could this mean? can this possibly mean my file is being sent back?? or moving forward and we just havent received email and soon will?

Application was received July 18 2017. Started processing on August 29th.

Looks like sponsor was approved as a sponsor. No app wont be sent back - its being processed. Allow time to get the aor. Patience is key in this process. Remember that monday is a holiday in canada too. I was told on march 14 my file number and aor didnt come
Until march 17. Dont worry

Some ppl don't get an AOR for sponsorship approval. But the dm for sponsorship is proof.

First its sunday second tomorrow is a holiday in canada. Be patient

yes, i realize. i am waiting patiently but just dont want to get my hopes up before seeing something in email.

Not really, but everyone that applied from my timeline, has already got aor, then request for docs as well as SA, and all of that, in email. and those who did not, got their file returned. so now im worried, as ive not heard anything in my email, only from the cic agent when i called, (but people are saying theyre unreliable and inaccurate with their info) and then now the sponsorship status shown as dm, without actually informing me of what that decision is. it all seems so fishy.. :/

Nothing fishy. You can't even say ppl at same visa office are same. Just have to gauge somewhere an average. Your just at the beginning. Have you linked your app?
My husband has been sitting at dm for his pr. Since Aug 10. We have been to hell and back. Refused. Decided to appeal. Waited 2 yrs for 2 hours to win. Won on May 9. Had to redo almost all. Now he has dm. But where is ppr. There is always a wait. Sorry

yes but through all this, you recieved an email atleast yes? I see all this happening, but still no email for anything, makes me think that maybe it was just a glitch.
