I am a Masters student graduating in January 2021 from Quebec. My study permit is valid till March 2022.
In February 2021, I plan to travel home for my wedding.
After which I want to apply for PhD for Fall 2021, but I want to bring my spouse with me.
In order to sponsor my spouse, I will have to apply for a study permit (from outside Canada), along with my spouse's open work permit.
1) But since my study permit is still valid till March 2022, will it create a problem for application?
2) Also, what would be the procedures for (i) Quebec and (ii) Other provinces
