Sponsoring Spouse Divorce Question!

hello,

My question is say I sponsor my wife we get married in Canada, we have a child together then we get a divorce.

How long am I responsible to pay for the child support and spousal support.

I’ve read the spousal support only goes for 3 years during the period, and I read 10 years for child support or until age 25 whatever comes first.

Does anyone have any insight? Thanks!

Any immigration related sponsorship undertaking will be in force for it's full term, regardless of whether or not you divorce.
Any other support is Family Law and not relevant to this forum.
