Sponsoring someone who is working in Canada

Currently I am on a work permit and my sister who is a Canadian citizen would like to sponsor me for permanent residence. Am I eligible to be sponsored under the Family Class Sponsorship since I am already residing in Canada.

Does she have a spouse or children? Are either of your parents still alive? Do you have any other family members in Canada (e.g. aunt, uncle)?

If the answer to any of these questions is yes - she cannot sponsor you.

My sister is married with one son. Both my parents are deceased. No, I do not have any other family member in Canada. Thanks.
