Sponsoring parents - How to get my birth certificate from CBSA?

I am looking to sponsor my parents and siblings, when I applied as a refugee 4 years ago CBSA seized my birth certificate and passport. I just received my PR and still have not received my birth certificate and my passport How can I get my documents? Please guide. Thank you!
