Hello I am posting this thread on behalf of a friend, and she has 2 questions
her spousal application was returned to her and rejected based on some missing information.

1) She had handed in her spousal sponsorship to sponsor her husband, when she first started the application she was working part-time and in school part-time, but now she is only in school and does have savings and has money that she uses until the summer starts again (when schools closed so she can get back to working). her and her husband have a child together and her child is here with her. she is wondering is it okay if she sponsors her husband if she isn't working? she's wondering if her application will even get approved? and she needs some help understanding
2) when she handed in her application in the first time she payed the application fee. if she had it in again does she have to pay that fee again?

PLEASE ADVICE HER WITH ANY ADVICE THAT YOU MAY HAVE.
YOUR HELP IS GREATLY APPRECIATED
THANK YOU!

Hi

1. She can sponsor without a job but must show how they will support themselves in Canada without welfare. A solid plan, savings, investments, family assistance, future income etc.

2. She doesn't need to pay again.
