;D yes he finally has his visa ;D

He arrived before 8am and was there about 3 hours or so. Took a while to get everyone in there and then they watch an hour long movie. Then after that they wait to be called and get their passport back with the visa.

I will get more info tonight when I can talk to him longer. For now it was just a quick phone call. I can't tell you the relief we are both feeling... just a few weeks and a plane ride and he will be home where he belongs

Thank you Lynn, Vjamal and FatimZahra! All afternoon our legal counsel is going to practice with my husband on Skype, then it will be my turn this evening. It is our LAST practice as tomorrow is the BIG UNNERVING day! My stomach is upset and I spend my time traveling to the bathroom. I have enough of all this! I just hope I can write a happy ending post tomorrow on the Forum. Please send me goooooooooood vibes!!! Tomorrow in court 1:00 pm Vancouver time, ok?

As for me i feel like im in slump.....i have emailed my deputy ...he emailed me back told me he will look into it that was last thursday...so no surprise we are still waiting.....im definetely emotionally fed up.....i have no clue what to do.... :-\

i'm from the Kingston thread, just wanted to wish Habiti and her husband a great day in court today and I hope that you come back with some great news.

That's is so nice everyone. I am really touched! It is 6 in the morning and I cannot sleep anymore. I just feel like throwing up. I have appointment at 9:30 for make-up application. Then, we leave around 11:30 to drive to downtown Vancouver. My mother and one of my students (she is Baha'i like me and she is an immigration consultant for investors) are coming with me. My legal counsel is going there with her friend and her Moroccan husband. Can't wait to post the great news here if the outcome is positive!!!

I think I would have preferred to be eaten by the bear this morning (there was a mother bear and her cub when I walked my dog in the forest) rather than going to the lion pit lol
