I am not sure if I already posted this in this thread, but I had ordered and received our GCMS notes (received them about a month later), and although it was a bit early to request them, I could see specific dates of when VO received physical file, exactly when medical was passed, etc. We will send in another request next week....

It cost only $5 and is definitely worth it, even if it is just for your records/filing... :)
...I love these emoticons too, lol..... ;)

we requested our GCMS notes today thanks to you 8) :-*

yes access to information act.
Client ID is your UCI number.

lemme know if you got any other questions.
it worked fine for us and was really fast.

hello,

big age differences are usually looked at as a "red flag" but that doesn't mean you will be refused. they just want to be sure its a real and genuine marriage. just make sure to provide as much proof of your marriage as possible. no such thing as too much proof!

all the best to you and everybody

add a hyphen ( - ) after the first four numbers of your UCI number.
example: 9014-7498
I made that mistake too but you'll see little blue question marks on the right that explain what they're asking.

yes girl, my husband filled the consent form on his computer then printed it to sign it, scanned it and then emailed it to me. I printed it out, signed it and scanned it. then uploaded and attached it to our request. one of the last steps before paying the 5$ fee.

no problem.
they just want loose photos. they said they don't want DVDs or albums.
also add everything else that can be used as proof.
even if it seems small... receipts from restaurants, hotels, flight tickets, Skype, emails, phone bills, text messages etc.... whatever you got.
