No, because you have a spouse.
Your answer might be correct but your justification does not make sense. What does having spouse have to do with ability to sponsor sister?

I think you did not read this older thread in this forum:

https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/threads/lonely-canadian-in-quebec-sponsoring-sibling.712725/

Nor the following (which there was a link in one of the posts in the above thread):

https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/family-sponsorship/other-relatives/eligibility.html

No, I have not. I was just questioning the logic behind it; I am not familiar with Family Sponsorship category.

The first link is clear, but the second link, which is an official one, does not mention anything about your statement. May be I missed it or did not understand it.

In order to sponsor a sibling, you must meet what is referred to as "the lonely Canadian rule". This means you must be single (no spouse, no common law partner), you cannot have children, both of your parents must be deceased, and you cannot have any other family members in Canada.

See below. This rule is explained very clearly here:

https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/family-sponsorship/other-relatives/who-you-can-sponsor.html

Also read through the examples provided on the page above.

But what if your wife doesn’t require sponsorshi? Both of you are in Canada already as citizens, and you want to sponsor your brother as both of you are orphane.

How old is your brother? It might be possible to sponsor him depending on his age and if both of your parents are deceased.
