Sponsor my brother - please help

Hi,
I am a PR in Canada n can I sponsor my brother aged 26years. My family in Canada included me+husband+2year kid. My parents already have a visitor visa and they visited me in 2016.

1. If yes where should I start
2. Any red flags in this my case
3. What is the income cut off to sponsor a relative and how many years of my earnings should I show.
4. What are other options - can my mom apply for express entry -she is a nurse n working for government n still have 2years service +dad is retired + brother doing small business

No - you can't. He will have to qualify on his own.

You cannot sponsor your brother as he is over the age of being considered his parents' dependant (if he were younger, you could sponsor your parents and him as their dependent) and you don't qualify under the lonely Canadian route. For the latter, you'd have to have no family who are citizens or permanent residents of Canada, and you'd have to have no parents alive as they would get priority in case of PR sponsorship.

He needs to find a way to immigrate on his own through a different immigration stream. He can do express entry if he qualifies.

ONLY if you are eligible, and you are not.

Option 2: other relative
You may sponsor one relative, related by blood or adoption, of any age if you meet all of the conditions, including:

• you don't have a living relative you could sponsor instead, such as a:
  • spouse
  • common-law partner
  • conjugal partner
  • son or daughter
  • parent
  • grandparent
  • brother or sister
  • uncle or aunt
  • nephew or niece
• you don’t have any of the above-named relatives who is:
  • a Canadian citizen
  • a permanent resident
  • registered Indian under the Indian Act
