Again must my sponsor be a Canada, citizen or a permenet resident, or any of the US citizen, please can u give me more details about who can sponsor me.

What kind of visa are you looking to obtain? Visitor visa? Study permit? Permanent residency? Something else?
Your spouse or common law partner can sponsor you. If they are a Canadian citizen they can sponsor you from inside or outside Canada. If they are a permanent resident they can sponsor you from inside Canada.
