Just so you are aware, if this had happened in Ontario the fine is likely to have been a lot higher.

In Ontario they would have probably lost the car for Racing or whatever they classify it as. I watched it happend to a couple of ladies last summer. 110km in a 50... can't say i had much sympathy.

Similar issue with a police officer traveling in Southern Ontario, he was from up North, I think he lost his job.
