Did you provide any email to IRCC that why you need to travel in COVID? I am reading in few blogs that they are not reviewing the applications till the time we don't send email to them. any clue?
Also, they have not started my eligibility review and background check? was the status same for you till the time you did not receive your approval. Please repond.

Raised webform and got generic response as "awaiting for migration officer review" and ordered GCMS, it says criminality and info sharing is complete and file moved to Vienna for workload distribution.

BTW what's your timeline?

I apply SOWP in Sep 29th . in October 2th I received a mail from Ircc canada ,told me to provide an original police clearance certificate,(Now I done it),is this a good sign or meaning nothing??? worry about it.

I applied for my husband and son. He’s in Australia so we were requested to submit police clearance certificates from Australia and Sri Lanka (our home country) both. On the same day my son got a medical request but we had done upfront medical. When I submitted a web form they informed me to ignore the request. Medical was passed on 28th May. I submitted the documents on 17th June. After that no updates yet.

what is the status now? did you receive biometric correspondence letter if yes when? can you please share timeline?

As I am on study permit in Canada and am I eligible to apply gcms notes on the behalf of my husband or do we need to hire ircc member for gcms notes,please advise me
