i applied for my hubby in nov 2 2020. He is done with biometrics on 19 nov 2020. It’s been 3 months now. Just background check going on. Anybody else in same boat ?

hello. same here I applied for my hubby also Nov. 12 since no update. where did u apply? inside the Canada?
his biometric done last Nov 20 2020.after that no update yet. did u apply him in inDia visa center?
I applied from Canada. On nov 2 2020. His biometrics done on 19 nov in dubai.
But there is only background check going on? No biometrics update

I applied in july 2020 and still processing ..its so frustrating and annoying.. don't know what is happening with IRCC. My file is pending from 7 months///
did you applied within Canada? i applied on october2 but no update yet. they did not even call for biometrics
No I have applied from India.. My wife is there... My medical Biometrics everything is done already.. still nothing updates.. IRCC is going crazy I think.. How they are working no idea.. I think they don't even care that people are suffering mentally due to their lack of ability to handle files properly.. it seems covid hit only IRCC the most.
Everything else is working properly in Canada. They dnt have any idea how we live apart ? Some people they applied from sep nd they got visa but some applied in feb nd didn’t get any update ? Is it fair ?
There is nothing called fair when it comes to IRCC ... They don't want to disclose any information to clients. They just have standard reply that due to covid everything is delayed and files are in process.. that's ridiculous. They don't understand how every couple is suffering, everybody have hopes when they apply for visa but seems they don't care about it.. Family Reunification seems a myth for temporary residents in Canada..
If we fill webform or call IRCC agents no body helps at all they have same answer,, and day by day its mentally harassing for people like us.
@Sukhpreet5 @Chetan98781 we are sitting on same branch... My file fully completed on 6th Oct 2020, still no results. Please update here, if you guys get any response from IRCC.
