It is almost impossible to get a job offer from outside of Canada unless you have unique skills not readily available. Nothing though to stop you looking at sites such as Indeed or Linkedin.

Can you give example of provincial programs? I did a lot of reading but for me it seams that all of them have a prereq ofhaving a job offer (.e.g. FAST programfrom BC)
