CEC: Slight difference in title on Reference letter and Payslip:

In my Indian employment my actual role is QA Software tester but in payslip role is Software Tester

Reference letter - QA Software Tester

Payslip - Software Tester

Will this sight varied in title cause any issue for Canada PR.
