does small mistakes matter at cio. for example:
1. leaving blank where v can write n/a.
2.providing only cell number, no landline phone.
3.writing address without pincode.

1. This mistake is big enough to return your application.
2. Not having a land line is not a mistake. You would be surprise but nowadays many people don't have landlines because they are expensive to install.
3. Do you mean ZIP/postal code? I don't think it is a big mistake.

This will most probably result in return of application. That is what I have observed in past with some applications

Writing N/A is important. Leaving blank could mean that you left something out to hide something. If you write N/A and it turns out that you lied, they have a legal recourse to take action against you. They may not have the same legal recourse for a blank question.

It might also help in scanning the application. The system might require an answer in each space (just guessing here).

CanadaVisa4Me is right,
Most likely your application will be returned if you didn't put N/A where it should have been because the system would not allow them to go any forward when inputing your data. Remember N/A is an option, if you leave it blank, the IO cannot assume and add N/A for you. He would rather send it back to you to do it yourself for legal and record purposes. If u don't have landline, no problems. If you didn't put your zip code, when they return your application, try to put it.

can we put NONE instead of N/A for some of the fields like organizations where we belong, or other address where you haved lived, etc?
