My friends son got his study permit rejection

now he thinking of doing some skill trade worker ( plumber, welder, electrician ) course from india and then after course he will get some work experience here and then want to apply for canada pr

so anybody help me to understand the process

Go on the IRCC Express Entry site to check requirements to a) be eligible to submit an EE profile under FSW and b) points for EE profile. He will want a degree and a year of work experience to be eligible to submit a profile.
