Hello guys,

I thought I was eligible to be a Skilled Worker but it seems like my profile is just ineligible.

I Meet all the criterias (I have the 67 points) and have at least one year in a qualified occupation in the last 10 years, have enough money to support myself but no LMIA.

I was wondering, is it mandatory?

Regards

Your question was already answered here:

Please don't create duplicate threads.

And yes - I'm sure an LMIA isn't mandatory. If it was mandatory, many people here would have never received ITA.

Apologies. Thanks for your reply.

I have no idea why my profile is ineligible.

Does your foreign work experience need to match with your job offer in Canada?

I'm 39
I have:
1 Bachelor in Canada (from 1999)
1 bachelor in France
1 year degree in Canada
3 years + of foreign experience from August 2008 until June 2012 in NOC 4212
TEF: 12, 12, 12, 12
CELPIP: 12, 12, 9, 8
My partner has 12, 12, 12, 12 at the TEF as well
1 aunt in Canada who is a citizen

I believe I have the 67 points and one year of continuous work experience to qualify as a skilled worker. Or please let me know where my mistake is, please please please.

Thank you... :-[
