Now a days it is taking too long. I suggest you calling CIC to make sure your photograph matches the specifications. This has usually been the reason for the delay. If photograph is OK. You should be receiving at anytime.

Good Luck :)

Hi,

Mohan Joshi,

It is normally taking 4-6 week. They will send by regular post on your address. At present you don't need to call any body.
You may wait couple of week, you will receive it soon.
In case 6 weeks are passed then you can call 1-888-242‑2100 or 1-800-622-6232

hope its help

Actually, the processing time of the card alone is currently 41 business days (i.e. just over 8 weeks):

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/perm-card.asp

This 41 days does not include mailing times.

The current time line is 41 working days to get the PR cards processed plus mailing time. So total 45 days minimum. This translates to 9 weeks, so you will have to wait for 3 more weeks, no reason to worry.

I got my PR card in 9 weeks and some of the new immigrants that I am in touch with also got it in 9-10 weeks. My wife and child have not received their PR card after 8 weeks (they landed after me) and I am expecting it to come by end of this week or may be next week

I have spoken to the call centre for not receiving my PR card yet. The assistance has sent the action. Can anyone advice how many more weeks it will take to receive the PR card after sending the action? It has been for eight weeks.

Many thanks.
