Under what route did you apply and what time did it take to get the license?
I too have applied for ISP (Education plus Experience Route) on 3rd July.
My SINP score is 68 and have been waiting for almost an year now, dont think any score less than 70 has chances of being picked up unless some miracle happens... Lets hope for the best though...!
