As per current SINP draw, they are not cosidering people from outside Canada. Further, as per your IELTS score your CLB level is 7 but for SINP you need level 8 (7.5, 6.5, 6.5, 6.5). Also, you only have 2 years of exp so in order to score more on the SINP points you need to have atleast 9 years of experience.

Regarding your education, master is good and carrier more marks.

So based on the details provided by you, you will only score 62-64 points under SINP and based on the earlier draw's score was 69. I got the invitation on 28 Feb 2020 with my score as 69.

I would recommend you to try for IELTS again and get 8777 band. As of now you have only option left is to go through general express entry.

If you are getting affected in PR process due to 2 years of IELTS validity rule. Then please raise your concern and voice at below forums
and also to IRCC. its still unclear how the infection spreads through air or close contact and we cant risk our family life and attend the exam in close hall where risk of catching infection is very high. In writing test/speaking test we have to come in close contact of examinor and many people.
Which increases the risk by many fold.
