Yes, They will do, but you need to inform and ask them for it.

You mean you are nominated by SINP for paper PNP categories and wanted to transfer to SINP-EE category?

If so, no. Your nomination letter should state explicitly that the nomination is not eligible in Express entry. I asked them personally as well, and get the same answer.

No, I was nominated by SINP through EE however due to incomplete PCC my EE got cancelled. I have applied for EE again and wanted to use existing active SINP nomination.

So written to SINP to link my existing nomination approval to new EE profile.

Oh ok. Writing to SINP office is the best bet. They are pretty good about replying emails

Pls search in google SINP transfer form.
There will be a PDF that shall appear in the result.
Fill in that, if required attach an extra sheet explaining and detailing out your case and why you are requesting a revised PN.
Whilst sending in mail to SINP team attach previous PN received, for their reference.

They shall revert with a revised PN.
