SINP SCHEDULE FOR FUND MEANING

I recently asked by SINP to apply for Expression of interest, So i am on a process of filling out the online application, and I got no Idea about the SCHEDULE FOR FUND,telling me to enter the funds that I put in the BOX 4 of the schedule 4. Please help.thank you so much
