SINP Requests in Nov / Dec 2016?

All,

I'm still waiting to see when SINP will open up in rest of this year? Any suggestions when this will be opened? I'll will be applying under International Skilled Worker - Occupation code : 0213.

However not sure when this will be opened?

1. Why r u in so hurry? Want to shift Canada as soon as possible? Why Nov. Dec.? When 2 Jan. Is an official date of Intake opening.
2. If possible, change the NOC and choose 2171, it is easygoing and B type. 0213 is very high demanding and 0 type, which is top category.
 
Thanks Ashu for reply. I wasn't sure of 2nd Jan and neither my lawyer told me so. And hence thought to check.

My official designation is IT Manager, hence my lawyer put in that category. Do you suggest or can I put myself in 2171 category?

2171 is the most high demanding. Always try to avoid 0 type NOCs, their expectations very high for these and they check very minutely. There is no advantage of choosing high grade NOC, you can do anything after reaching Canada. So, what is the meaning of taking risk?
 
I understand your point and appreciate your suggestion. Only challenge is that, when I say 2171, my official exp# is w.r.t IT manager. My employer will not give me give me exp# letter related to 2171. Even though they can say IT analyst, my designation in that letter will still be IT manager.
Which may raise question to SINP officials, that I've role of IT manager and I'm working as IT analyst......

Okay, many guys have got success through 0213 too.

This is a Natural Truth, like the sun rises in the East.
 
It may open end of November / beginning of December.

At least that was the case last year.
