I am currently applying for SINP international skilled worker with employment offer and also have an Express entry application without an invitation.

Here are some of my doubts, if anyone who has applied successfully in the same category could help me out.

In my SINP's pre screening application "Final page of Applicant Detail", it asks "Have you previously submitted a provincial or federal Canadian immigration application?*". I am not sure whether to reply Yes or No.
Since later on in the application when I have to fill what exactly was my previous provincial or federal application was , I am limited to only 4 options "CIC","Entrepreneur","Other PNP" and "SINP". There is NO mention of "Express Entry"

Did you submitted a full application and have a UCI? I believe you would only say yes if you were invited and have a full application for a CIC personnel to review.

If you have, I think "CIC" is the most logical option.

Ok guys there is a question. I submitted previously an application under AINP and I got the denial (I can not to re-apply to the AINP for 2 years). So, what is the answer should be in my case, yes or no? I guess no, because currently I do not have any pending application. Is not it? I need your help.

Definitely "Yes" and "Other PNP". I believe the question was "Previous federal/provincial/territorial PNP programs" and you probably have a UCI.

If you are Rejected and banned for 2 years, you probably have been accused of misrepresentation I am guessing. If you did not tell them that, and SINP finds out, it's almost a certain rejection.

Yes. I banned for 2 years. You are right. Does it mean that I can not to apply for SINP?

Just be truthful and forthcoming with them. There is a possibility that they will reject you because you have misrepresented before, but they will decide.

HELP!!!!!
There is no option to say "No" under this category!! It just asks:
Previous Application - 01-Jan-2015
Please enter the following information as it appears on the applicant's previous provincial or federal Canadian immigration application. If the applicant has applied to more than one provincial or federal Canadian immigration program previously, please add another record by clicking on "Add Previous Application" to the right. You must attach a copy of correspondence from the previous immigration program that states the final status of the application before you submit this application to the SINP.
Then goes on to give Category options:
CIC
Enterpreneur
SINP
Other PNP

BUT I HAVE NEVER APPLIED to any. This is my first time and Im applying under SINP EXPRESS ENTRY. I have created and been accepted into Express Entry Pool only.

I applied in Express Entry pool but my points were 350 which didn't meet 400+ criteria and then my profile was expired. Now I have again create Express entry profile. So what should I say in SINP when it asks "Have you previously submitted a provincial or federal Canadian immigration application?*" and Also Reason for refusal ? My application was not refused but expired.
