SINP Online form filling---- Help URGENT

Is it necessary to fill the IMM0008, IMM5562, IMM5406 forms and attach them, irrespective of whether I have travelled internationally or not..?? Is it mandate for everybody..??
please help seniors or experienced..?

Another query please, do these forms have to be manually filled and then scanned and attached. Or can can we fill online and then scan and upload it.
Pls advice.

Need to be attached to Application Section wherever applicable before submitting the application online.

Is it necessary to have ECA report to submit application for SINP ? Can i apply for SINP without ECA report in hand as i am yet to receive the ECA.
