This whole Canada thing is very unpredictable, with CRS score of 444 express entry looks far dream now, there was time when even 440 got invite,, so it’s all luck

Still you got a pretty good score. I am sure you will get an invitation sooner or later. I got 8 bands in ielts. Else my score would have been around 350

Once you summit you eoi and it shows submitted..you are in the Pool.
No mail after submission.

Please help me . While submitting my documents in sinp portal I m having error on the points page.
My dob is 24/09/1984 and the draw was on 25/09. Could it be due to this. I m clueless please help.
I had 70 points and had got invitation to apply.

Drop an email on address provided on your letter of invitation , they will resolve this

SINP doesn't accept gift deeds. If you are ready to lose your 350 CAD application then go ahead. It will be a straightforward rejection. I have seen several profiles getting rejections due to funds issue....

Hi Can you share any rejection letter issued by Immigration department ?

Thank you for your inputs. However, I am not able to find anyone who says their application was rejected for showing gift deeds as POF. I am just trying to find someone who was rejected for this reason. I can withdraw my profile now and enter the pool again a month later and I would have enough time to show the funds since 3 months. But, I can never be sure that my NOC code will be picked in the draw again. I just don’t want to lose this chance.

Gift is a legal transaction , it immigration laws never says that money has to be earned by an applicant

Yes, but account must be in favour of u, not joint.
SINP doesn't ask about source of money.

They can ask for source of funds , and has been asked to many applicants in past.
I know 8 from my circle in which they were required to give explanation , its a Federal law
