My interpretation of the 6-10 year period was 2014-2019 and not prior to that. Please let me know if I was wrong. Also, if I get experience letter from my previous employer 2009-14 and also my offer letter, will that be enough. It was a small company with less than 50 employees, so we did not get PF and salary used to be paid by cheque. I do not have any form 16 also. Please let me know, I am in total panic mode. Thanks

It is an overlap of two different NOC codes including 0114. I was handling regulatory and statutory compliances but I was not heading the department. I can still beg and plead and get the experience letter but what government proof is needed? There was no PF, no medical insurance and neither were we provided any Form 16. Is there any alternative to the government proof?
 
Is there any link on what can be considered and attachedaas government proof of experience letter. And what can be alternative to the government proof.

Then u must enclose Reference letter, salary slip, joining letter, medical claim bills, TA & DA bills, official correspondence, Resignation Letter, Promotion letter, etc. (Any 2)
Government related -PPF, GPF, Employment Insurance, Employee health Insurance, etc. (Any 1)

Then enclose all the related papers you have with Letter of Explanation.
Something is better than nothing.
 
I have downloaded my form 16A since I do not have PF etc to showcase as government document with employer reference letter. Also downloaded my Form 26AS from income tax India website. Will this work?

Right now i am out of Canada but there is a chance that i might move to Ontario or Manitoba as a intra company transfer, will my application effect if i am in different province ?
