Nowadays SINP don't allow any missing document which left at the time of application submittiing. They only aceept additional documents which they asked as request.

Nobody knows their technique, they r like detective agencies FBI, CBI. Points r meaningless after 60. They stop counting when reach at 60, in processing.

They will process your application according to your surname, it is a research finding one of our friend, suppose A,B,C,D like.

we all appreciated his research that it is working in our what-up group.

yes...status changed to in process on 15th Sept. and changed to returned on 20 sept. and about docs strange but they didn't receive my passport and they didn't ask me to send copy of that via email.

Oh poor you, take the nearest intake and good luck. I don't think it's so strict like that either. Mine is still in Application Received.

Hello, I applied using Treasury Bills. In CIC's website, Treasury Bills is clearly stated there as a proof of funds, besides Treasury Bills and Fixed Deposits are two different types of term deposits. I have not heard from SINP rejecting it.

my question is , can I show my wife gift deed , which gifted by her parents ..

3. I stayed in 4 different cities in India in last 10 years for job purpose bur I dnt have any residence proof ( I stayed in companY guest house, & PG) and even not remembering the address(house no. etc). IN CASE WHAT I SHOULD FILL IN CIC FORM..

1. For all companies u could show show same roles/ Responsibilities, but don't write as it is or copy, paste them. Some variation is necessary.
2. Ask to immigration@gov.sk.ca
3. Write any addressed, they don't verify residential addresses.

A paper based applicant (SINP OID) need to meet the criteria of FSWP (67 points) or not at the time of submission of his application to CIC????
i am getting different answers so confused, any senior who was not meeting FSWP 67 points criteria and even then got visa can confirm same to clear the uncertainty please.

I think no one can be sure for this except SINP officer . I thought they start processing based on nationality.

Now I am facing same problem after Nomination. Better u must retake IELTS.

Can I what exactly you are having the same problem?
You already nominated and your IELTS got expired before submitting to CIC. Is CIC accepted your application with out IELTS marks?
