What's the procedure? Actually, I haven't looked at PNP yet. Do I need to pay anything before nomination? If not, I may try. ;)

No Fees..create SINP OASIS account....but I assume its closed now..

Need advice on Settlement plan, i did not see any option to upload settlement plan. can any advice where to upload settlement plan? Or we need to send settlement plan only incase case officer requests it?
