Hey guys

My application is still in process from 29 December and There is a problem bothering me. my companies I used to work, didn't agreed to give me work experiences certificate with the exact title of CIC for NOC 2231 but the job duties are OK. Is it possible that the officer reject me because of the Titles?!
my titles was

Civil Supervisor
Civil technician engineer
civil works team leader

I asked this question before but I really need to be sure.

and one more question is that after getting in process my application turns to fund conversion and then turns to nominate or will get straight to nomination?

SINP does't check Job Title, they need only perfect Job Duties/responsibilities.
For Fund conversion, In Process, etc., there is no exact rules. Some people get nomination without fund conversion.

I'm preparing for the documents to send to CIO. In CIO checklist under "Travel Documents and Passports" section, its not clearly mentioned that I need to send my old Passport copies also OR only need to send the latest passport pages.

But my old passport has lot of traveling history and also my current resident country visa also on my old passport.

So no harm to include as well including LOE. But it may be confusing.

And what about the Proof of funds e.g. Bank Statement. Also no need to send to CIO, as its not mentioned in CIO paper based application checklist.

Send the Latest Passport's copy and for your travel History,your Travel History-Form "IMM5562E" is required.

I got nominated yesterday January 19, 2017 under Noc code 1224 Property Administrator. This is my timeline:

Submission of SINP OID application - August 30, 2016
In Process - September 9, 2016
Request for additional documents - January 6, 2017
Document Submission - January 11, 2017
Nomination - January 19, 2017.
