Now I am preparing my application to submit to CIC. I have got the PCC for my home country but still waiting for the PCC for abroad.

I have a question: Can I submit my application to CIC with the PCC for my home country only and submit the PCC for abroad later when I get it? Or should I wait for the PCC for abroad and submit both with my application?

Submit your application with available pcc. For me its waste of time waiting for pcc instead of sending a cover letter with your application to cic that you already applied (with your proof of application for pcc). You can submit the pcc to your respective vo whenever they ask for it.
PCC is not mandatory doc for submitting it to CIO, provided you send proof that you already requested in a cover letter.

I waited for 5 weeks to gather couple of PCCs (still one more pending one i submitted in Jan) and now delayed my ppr for 5 weeks due to my initial delay not because i submitted my pcc later in jan. So why wait when they allow us to submit the application without pcc.

Is your intended occupation related to Commerce field? if yes, then you can get 23 points. Otherwise, which is your chosen occupation, points will be given on the basis of your occupation related highest degree/certificate.

Thanks harirajmohan for your helpful advice. Fortunately my PCC for abroad has just been released and is being sent to me by courier. So I can submit my application with both PCCs in a couple of days.

I could not upload my documents in time when Saskatchewan Express Entry (SINP-EE) opened earlier this month. Now, I want to keep everything ready for their next OID intake.

I have the following questions if someone could answer:

1) Can i use the same application/account which I created for EE stream or do I have to create a new one for OID on OASIS?

2) How old the form and documents will they accept? I understand that bank statement and salary slips etc. have to be recent months, but what about employment reference certificates and different forms? Can I upload them now?

3) If I upload some of the documents now and later want to replace them, will that be possible?

I have missed a number of chances to apply online because of the traffic on their website. I do not want to miss the next chance. That’s why all these questions!

1) Can i use the same application/account which I created for EE stream or do I have to create a new one for OID on OASIS?
ANS : No. Although it is a same web application, You have to make another account for OID on OASIS. [if you submit your application for EE and OID, SINP will ask you to withdraw one of them.]
2) How old the form and documents will they accept? I understand that bank statement and salary slips etc. have to be recent months, but what about employment reference certificates and different forms? Can I upload them now?
ANS : Yes its true. I have submitted 8 month old Employment Reference letter. Moreover, Federal forms and other document should not older than 3 months(As I have applied 3 months old forms and they accepted it).
3) If I upload some of the documents now and later want to replace them, will that be possible?
ANS : Yes it is possible. You can delete old documents and upload new one until you submit your application.

Could it be possible to attain, Temporary Work Visa at the Port of Entry in Canada, if the applicant have the SINP nomination letter.
