All the documents requested from their web portal except my transcripts and ECA . I only submitted my certificates. Although, I might have to forward them today if I call them and they claim they are necessary because I actually have them with me.

01. I applied in FSWP-2014 using NOC-0112 (HR Manager). I got full points in job experience as shown 8+ years service length. Unfortunately my application was refused for not matching job description. However, my NOC has been changed from January-2016 and now working in same organization as Purchasing/Store Officer (NOC- 0113 or 1225). So I would like to apply in SINP-OID with this new NOC-1225. Can I apply in new NOC i.e. as Purchasing Manager?????? Will there be any problem as I have been shifted/Transferred from HR Manager to Purchasing Manager in same organization ???????????

02. If i can apply in new NOC, how many point I can claim for experience??? Previous experience was in HR and new experience in Purchasing Manager i.e. total about 10 years job experience. So HR job duration/timing to be counted to claim full points in Job experience or I have to count only Puschase Manager Experience of last 01 year??????

03. In Education requirement, they asked for Bachelor degree of at least 03 years of full time study in University for 20 points. I have done my ECA. My Bachelor degree was 02 years and WES considered it as 02 years diploma, one the other hand My MBA degree was 02 years and WES considered it as 03 years of Bachelor degree.

So can I claim 20 points from Education based on ECA report?????????

yes, do submit to reserve your slots then follow-up immediately to submit your missing documents to immigration.documents@gov.sk.ca once available.

I would like to know if I can change my NOC from 2151(Architect) to NOC 2253 (Drafting Technologists and Technicians) since my job description closely matches the NOC 2253 as well.I have a Masters Degree (ECA completed) in Architecture.

I want to make this change since NOC 2253 is in-demand and it matches my job description more or less and also I don't have to get a license to practice under NOC 2253 whereas under NOC 2151 which I'm not sure how to get the license.

Can anyone please advice me if I can submit my application with this change.Has anyone come across any difficulty in changing their NOC after submitting the application.

Go ahead and apply with the new NOC. I think they will accept it. Its better you give it a try than nothing. Afterall, you have nothing to loose. Best of luck !

Dear Friends,

If your papers are not complete then don't apply....I did applied before twice and each time I missed a single paper, although in both cases I sent the missing papers via mail but they refused to include me in the stream.

I advise anyone that submitted an application with a missing paper to harry up and create another account and submit another application now then cancel the previous one .... but this is only in case that the cap didn't reached till now
