Guys(Zazamil & ruruva),

If you send all of your documents through this e-mail id - immigration.documents@gov.sk.ca , then it will not be any problem and they will upload accordingly....Do not worry mate...

Application Returned = When you have any key documents missing and SINP decided not to process your application further.

Application Ineligible = When you have submitted all of the required documents but after processing SINP found that you are not eligible for nomination due to nomination criteria not fulfilled.

Right Answer..100% pure.. :P :P :P :P :P

I got message that My application goes in process.
Congrats. My app status changed to "in process" on 3rd or 4th of feb. But I haven't got any email notification. Is it normal?

Don't worry its an official alternative way to send missing documents, it would be accepted for sure.
I myself submitted around 5 missing documents.

It's normal, you may get email if they need any missing document and when you get nomination

Hello friends,

I was reading the SINP processing times and they said "Processing times are calculated for applications with finalized status (nominated, returned or ineligible) in the given time frame by calculating the total days between application receipt and finalization".

For Occupations In-Demand this period of time is 7.2 months

Is this period of time calculated since the app is received (Sept 2015) or since the app changes to "in progress"?

Does anybody knows If some app, with status in progress, has been nominated recently?

I would like to tell you the criteria of successful/unsuccessful secondary review.

If a mistake happen from their side then there are bright chances of reopening of the case.
On the other side, If it was your fault then its highly unlikely that your case would be reopen.

Another thing is that, I have seen many cases who have applied for secondary revision and they are waiting for ages.
I mean to say that, try to gather all the require documents until SINP open a new CAP and keep an eye on their website

Good Luck
